- If the goods be lost before be pick up by UPS, FEDEX etc. in Italy, and after two months still can not find them since the goods left our warehouse the compensation is no more than 50rmb/Kg.
- If the goods be lost after be pick up by UPS, FEDEX etc. in Italy, we will be in accordance with the UPS compensation rules, the compensation is usd$10/carton, the Max. compensation is usd$100/waybill.
The following situations would not be compensated:
- If there is any infringement problem, we will not bear any responsibility and reserve the right to pursue the damages caused by the sender.
- If the goods are not declared according to the actual, infringement of intellectual property rights, the local ban on imports and other reasons cause customs detained goods, this situation is not within the scope of compensation, we only assists the sender to cleare customs.
- If the quality of the goods itself and the specific certification issues are involved, no compensation will be accepted.
- In case of war, natural disasters and other irresistible factors cause goods be lost or damaged, no compensation will be accepted.
- If the product have not "Made in China" label cause customs detained goods, no compensation will be accepted.
- During the shipping, if there are flight delays, delays in customs clearance, etc., cause the delivery delay will not accept compensation.
- If only seldom item is missing, no compensation will be accepted. For customs might take some item for checking, especially small goods.
- Fragile goods will have not any compensation.
